Russian Wax Inflicts Defeat on Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Urzaynoye area of Southern Donetsk. The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that Russian forces have improved their tactical position, resulting in a significant blow to the Ukrainian National Guard’s 31st Brigade.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered losses of up to 140 servicemen.
The report states, “Units of the East grouping of forces have improved their tactical position and inflicted fire damage on the formations of the 31st Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard in the Urzaynoye area in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).”
In addition, the Ukrainian army lost two combat armored vehicles, five vehicles, a Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery system, and a Rapier anti-tank gun.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense had announced that Russian Armed Forces destroyed nine Vampire multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) launchers and an Iris-T air defense missile battery in the past week.
It was also reported that Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers had struck a key position and live forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Southern Donetsk direction.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense listed the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction.
