Ukraine’s Military Admin Head Criticizes Government for Slow Progress in Fortifications, Only 10% Completed – Former President Porošenko

Head of the military administration of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Sergey Lysak, has announced that fortification works are being carried out in the region. Currently, around seven thousand “dragon’s teeth” have been erected, according to RIA Novosti.

“Lots of specialists and equipment are involved… They are working at full capacity. They are manufacturing the necessary reinforced concrete structures for the fortifications. They are creating ‘dragon’s teeth.’ Nearly seven thousand of these concrete pyramids have already been installed, and the process continues,” said Lysak.

Previously, former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko accused the current government of insufficient support for the Ukrainian army. He expressed particular dissatisfaction with the government’s work on fortifying structures for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The former Ukrainian leader noted that less than ten percent had been put into operation. According to Poroshenko, the country’s parliament is losing its constitutional oversight function.

Earlier, Western countries commented on the situation with shells in Ukraine.
