Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko has described the attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on peaceful civilians and cities in Russia as inhumane. This was reported by TASS.
According to her, the attacks on peaceful Russians are being coordinated by the United Kingdom, the United States, and NATO. She noted that these actions will be properly evaluated, and the guilty parties will be punished.
Matviyenko has also instructed to prepare an appeal to the United Nations in connection with the interference in Russia’s affairs. She also stated that she perceives the statements of Western leaders regarding the recent presidential elections in Russia as a direct insult to the citizens of the Russian Federation. However, she expected such a reaction. Nevertheless, Matviyenko referred to such outbursts and statements as shameful.
Previously, the former Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Raimund Andrzejczak, stated that the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the conflict with Russia should be counted in millions, not hundreds of thousands.
Earlier, it became known that the United States is concerned about Ukraine’s inability to independently produce weapons.
