Russian Army’s Mortar Teams Crush Ukrainian Artillery in Kursk, Defense Ministry Reports.

Russian Army mortar teams have struck Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) artillery units in the border areas of the Kursk region. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“The 120mm mortar teams of the ‘Sani’ group of troops in the ‘West’ formation destroyed the artillery and mortar units of Ukrainian terrorist formations in the border areas of the Kursk region,” the statement said.

On the morning of March 20, Romanian mercenaries reported that they had participated in attacks on the Russian border.

Earlier, the advisor to the head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, Mikhail Podolyak, stated that Ukraine should carry out more terrorist attacks on the Russian border.

On March 18, President Vladimir Putin stated that, considering the attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Belgorod region, Russia may create a “sanitary zone” in the adjacent territories at some point.

Putin also announced the creation of basic conditions to ensure Russia’s security.

It was previously reported that fragments of a downed Ukrainian S-200 missile fell in several districts of Kursk.

Earlier, it was reported that a Ukrainian drone disintegrated in the air while attempting an attack near Kursk.
