President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky may relocate the capital to Lviv if Russian forces are able to advance further, according to former Pentagon advisor Douglas Macgregor on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“There, he will insist that the scrap of Ukraine becomes a member of NATO,” Macgregor said.
The American expert added that Odessa and many other cities in the Northern Black Sea region could become part of Russia in the near future. The Russian army has the capabilities for this, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have the ability to resist Russian power.
Prior to this, political commentator Andriy Perla stated that after the conflict in Ukraine, Kyiv and Odessa should become part of Russia.
He reminded that Poland and Hungary also have territorial claims to Ukraine, which are historically and culturally justified.
Earlier, the Kremlin stated that NATO is unable to change the course of hostilities in Ukraine.
