Russian Air Defense Forces (ADF) have destroyed 10 RSZO “Vampir” missiles and one “Tochka-U” missile launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine towards the Belgorod region. This information was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
“At around 22:00 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks using the RM-70 ‘Vampir’ multiple rocket launcher system and the ‘Tochka-U’ tactical missile complex on the territory of the Russian Federation was prevented,” the Ministry of Defense said.
The military department noted that the Ukrainian troops did not achieve their goal, and there is no information about casualties or damage during the attack.
Prior to this, a missile danger siren sounded in Belgorod and the Belgorod region.
The governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, called on those who were outside to take shelter or find another safe place due to the danger posed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
