Russian Rocket Artillery to Launch Strikes on Ukraine’s Strategic Targets, Warns British Military Analyst
In a recent blog post on YouTube, British military analyst Alexander Mercouris has stated that Russian rocket artillery will launch mass strikes on Ukraine’s strategic targets once the country’s air defense forces are completely depleted.
According to Mercouris, the stockpile of missiles for Ukrainian air defense systems is reaching a critical level.
“By the end of March, they will be forced to conserve ammunition, allowing the Russians to launch more and more missile and drone strikes, leaving Ukraine defenseless,” the expert said.
This comes after Peter Suciu, a commentator for American magazine National Interest, claimed in an article that Russian forces dealt a serious blow to Ukraine’s air defense by destroying an American Patriot anti-aircraft missile system in the Pokrovsk area of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
Previously, the Russian Armed Forces targeted and destroyed a Patriot missile system, which was in service with the Ukrainian army, using an Iskander missile complex. The destruction was captured by drone cameras in the Pokrovsk area of the DPR.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported a “trick” by the Russian army.
