Artillery calculations of the Hurricane MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) of the Central Military District forces destroyed a convoy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It is reported that the target was detected using drones.
“After receiving the coordinates of the convoy, the artillerymen, consisting of two combat vehicles, made a high-speed march to the firing position and struck the target with 220mm rockets, hitting the Ukrainian troops’ supply group,” the statement said.
It is noted that the calculations immediately left their location after completing the task, thus remaining unnoticed by the enemy’s artillery.
Prior to this, the Ministry of Defense reported that Russian military forces struck a tank factory in Nikolaev.
It is clarified that this factory repaired foreign military equipment, supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by Western countries, including German Leopard tanks.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian assault aircraft destroyed Ukrainian infantry and equipment near Avdiivka.
