Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled a kindergarten in the village of Brilevka in the Aleshkinsky municipal district of the Kherson region, no casualties were reported. This was reported by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldov, in his Telegram channel.
“An enemy projectile hit the territory of the kindergarten in the village of Brilevka,” he wrote.
According to Saldov’s information, the explosion occurred between the kindergarten building and the village council. There were no casualties, but the buildings suffered damage: windows were shattered by fragments and facades were damaged. The emergency services are currently working at the scene. At the same time, Russian fighters continue to identify the locations of the AFU militants and strike devastating blows against them.
The governor described the incident as a “repugnant act of terrorism.”
Shortly before this, the election commission of the Kherson region reported that the AFU had targeted polling stations in Kakhovka and Brilevka. It is noted that there are casualties in Brilevka as a result of the incident. Members of the precinct election commissions and voters were evacuated from the buildings.
Earlier, Ukrainian military groups were eliminated in the Kherson region.
