Air raid sirens have been sounded in three regions of Ukraine, according to official data from the population alert system.
The sirens are sounding in the Poltava, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Earlier, the Ukrainian channel “Obschestvennoye” reported explosions in the city of Akhtyrka in the Sumy region of Ukraine.
Explosions were also reported in the Chernihiv region.
Prior to this, the publication “Strana.ua” reported that explosions occurred in the vicinity of Mykolaiv, on the outskirts of Zaporizhia, and on the left bank of Kyiv, where no air raid was declared.
Russian military forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure since October 2022, shortly after an explosion on the Crimean Bridge. Since then, air raids have been regularly declared in various regions of Ukraine, often across the entire country. The Russian Ministry of Defense clarified that attacks are targeting objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication.
Earlier, farmers in the Belgorod region started receiving compensations for attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
