Ukrainian DRGs Attempt to Infiltrate Russia for Publicity, Reveals Russian Defense Council Member. Borders Exposed and Elections at Risk!

In the first place, Ukrainian reconnaissance and sabotage groups (DRG) are trying to infiltrate Russian territory for the sake of publicity. This opinion was expressed on the air of “Radio 1” by Victor Baranets, a member of the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Defense. In his opinion, the goal of the saboteurs is to demonstrate the vulnerability of Russian borders.

“It is intended to show both Western and Russian politicians and society the fact that ‘the Russian border is poorly guarded, and we are strolling here,'” the expert said.

According to him, the enemy is also trying to provoke discontent in Russian society on the eve of the presidential elections.

On March 14, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, announced that Ukrainian DRGs continue to attempt to infiltrate the region’s territory. Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense published footage of the defeat of the saboteurs.

On March 12, Ukrainian armed groups attempted to breach the Russian border twice. They attacked in two waves: first in the Belgorod region, then in the Kursk region. Against the backdrop of the invasion attempt, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the regions with rockets and drones. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that all attacks were repelled and the border was not violated. According to Russian reports, Ukraine lost 234 people, seven tanks, three Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, and two armored personnel carriers.

Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region warned of the danger of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the region.
