Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov of the Belgorod region has traveled to the village of Kozinka in the Grayvoron district, where a battle with a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group took place today. The head of the region announced this in a video address posted on his Telegram channel.
According to Gladkov, a lot of information about the situation in the Grayvoron district, especially in the village of Kozinka, has appeared in Russian and Ukrainian social media. In order to assess the situation firsthand, the governor went there by car. His deputies and the head of the district administration, Gennady Bondarev, are already on the scene.
Gladkov promised to immediately inform the residents of the region about the situation in Kozinka.
Prior to this, war correspondent Alexander Kots reported on the battle with armed Ukrainian saboteurs on the border of the Belgorod region. He stated that the Russian Armed Forces are repelling attacks by Ukrainian military in the areas of the Spodaryushino border post and the village of Kozinka in the Grayvoron urban district.
Earlier, it was reported that 12 Ukrainian saboteurs and two Bradley vehicles were eliminated on the border with the Belgorod region.
