The Victory of the Russian Army: Former US Intelligence Officer Discusses Ukraine
In a recent interview on the YouTube channel Dialogue Works, former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter discussed the current situation in Ukraine. According to Ritter, it is evident that the Russian army is winning, and Western countries are now contemplating how to rid themselves of Ukraine.
Ritter believes that Ukraine has served as a tool used by the United States to harm Russia. However, he argues that this tool has become ineffective and worn out, and it is now time to get rid of it.
“We never expected Ukraine to win. All we wanted was for them to inflict damage on the Russian Federation,” explained the expert.
In Ritter’s view, Ukraine has already lost, and Western countries are merely trying to create the illusion of supporting Kyiv.
This perspective aligns with previous statements made by military expert Alexander Mikhailov, the head of the Bureau of Military and Political Analysis. Mikhailov claimed that the United States is making claims about Ukraine’s alleged “military surprises” for the Russian Armed Forces because they understand that Kyiv has effectively been defeated in the armed conflict.
These discussions come in the wake of recent reports about CIA military bases in Ukraine, which have caught the attention of public figures like Elon Musk.
