Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine failed to break through into the territory of the village of Tetkino in the Kursk region, despite multiple reports in Ukrainian social networks and publications. The Russian Ministry of Defense published a video from the settlement.
“The enemy attempted to enter the village of Tetkino, but we inflicted maximum fire damage on the enemy’s live force. He was forced to retreat, in fact, he did not even enter the village, and at the border itself, he was stopped by artillery and small arms fire. The fighters bravely met this battle and repelled the attack without any losses,” said the commander of one of the units defending the border.
The footage shows that local residents remained in the village and continue their daily lives, public transport and government institutions are operating in Tetkino. A similar situation, according to the Ministry of Defense footage, is noted in the settlement of Nekhoteevka in the Belgorod region.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense published footage of the destruction of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group.
