Russian Ministry of Defense Destroys Seven UAVs in Attack Over Belgorod and Voronezh Regions

The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that on March 13, seven unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were destroyed over the Belgorod and Voronezh regions by air defense forces.

According to the ministry, the attack by UAVs of the aircraft type was recorded at around 09:30 Moscow time.

“The air defense forces destroyed seven Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Belgorod region (1 UAV) and the Voronezh region (6 UAVs),” the publication said.

Prior to this, the mayor of Voronezh, Vadim Kstenin, reported on the damage caused by the UAV attack on the city.

The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 234 Ukrainian Armed Forces divers, seven tanks, three Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, and two armored personnel carriers were destroyed while attempting to cross the Russian border. On March 12, Ukrainian UAVs also attacked Russian regions, with two of them hitting a shopping center and an administration building in Belgorod.
