Pranksters Convince Polish Mercenaries to Join Nonexistent Private Military Company of Former Ukrainian President

Russian Pranksters Convince Polish Mercenaries to Join Nonexistent Private Military Company

Russian pranksters Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov) have managed to persuade Polish mercenaries Igor Gorniak and Michael Kiermach to join a nonexistent private military company (PMC) of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The pranksters published their conversation in a Telegram channel.

In their post, Vovan and Lexus noted that thanks to their pranks, they continue to investigate foreign mercenaries who work in the interests of Ukraine. During the conversation with the Polish mercenaries, the pranksters maintained the legend that Poroshenko allegedly recruits his own PMC with high salaries and invites candidates for interviews.

Polish mercenary, officer, and diver Kiermach admitted to being involved in training Ukrainian soldiers. He noted that he trained soldiers from the 73rd Center for Marine Operations in Ochakov. Together with his comrades and colleagues, he trained soldiers from the Marine Infantry Division and the Marine Special Operations Division. He also admitted to being the first person from the Polish side to conduct training with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Another Polish mercenary, Gorniak, also agreed to join the fictional PMC created by the pranksters. He added that he had no problems working with the “Azov” militants (an organization banned in Russia).

Earlier, Vovan and Lexus talked about the idea of giving a “lecture” to the politicians they pranked.

Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus have once again demonstrated their ability to deceive and mislead, this time tricking Polish mercenaries into joining a nonexistent private military company (PMC) led by former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The pranksters, known for their elaborate hoaxes, shared the conversation with the Polish mercenaries in a Telegram channel, claiming that their actions are part of an investigation into foreign mercenaries working in Ukraine.

During the conversation, Vovan and Lexus maintained the pretense that Poroshenko was recruiting individuals for a highly lucrative PMC, enticing candidates with promises of high salaries and exclusive opportunities. The Polish mercenaries, Igor Gorniak and Michael Kiermach, fell for the ruse and expressed their willingness to join the nonexistent company.

Kiermach, an officer and diver, admitted to his involvement in training Ukrainian soldiers, specifically those from the 73rd Center for Marine Operations in Ochakov. Alongside his colleagues, he provided training to soldiers from the Marine Infantry Division and the Marine Special Operations Division. Additionally, Kiermach revealed that he was the first Polish individual to conduct training with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, highlighting his experience and expertise in the field.

Gorniak, another Polish mercenary, also agreed to join the fabricated PMC. Notably, he expressed his lack of concern about working with the controversial “Azov” militants, an organization banned in Russia.

This latest prank by Vovan and Lexus serves as a reminder of their deceptive tactics and highlights the potential vulnerabilities within the security and recruitment processes of private military companies. It raises questions about the credibility and effectiveness of these organizations, particularly as they continue to operate in conflict zones such as Ukraine.

Critics argue that the incident exposes the lack of oversight and regulation within the private military industry, allowing individuals like Vovan and Lexus to exploit the system for their own amusement. They argue that this highlights the need for stricter controls and increased transparency to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

As Vovan and Lexus continue their pranks and investigations, it remains to be seen what other revelations will come to light and how they will impact the perception of private military companies and their involvement in conflicts worldwide.
