Russian servicemen repelled an attack by the Armed Forces in the area of the village of Rabotino. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily summary of the special military operation.
“The attack of the assault group of the 82nd Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the settlement of Rabotino in the Zaporizhzhia region has been repelled,” the defense department said.
The Ministry of Defense also reported that units of the “Dnieper” task force group were able to occupy more advantageous positions in the Kherson direction as a result of coordinated actions.
According to the Russian department, the Ukrainian army lost up to 30 soldiers here and also lost a tank, five vehicles, and a D-30 howitzer.
On March 9, Vladimir Rogov, the chairman of the “We are together with Russia” movement, reported that Russian military forces repelled several attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of the settlement of Rabotino in the Zaporizhzhia region.
On March 7, Rogov reported that heavy street battles were taking place in Rabotino, and Russian troops advanced towards the central part of the settlement.
