Russian servicemen have eliminated fighters from the 73rd Marine Center of Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces (SSO), according to a source in the security forces cited by TASS.
According to the agency, on the night of March 11, soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile strike in the Odessa region. As a result, members of the Ukrainian military unit A1594, which is part of the Special Reconnaissance of the Ukrainian Navy, were hit.
“In addition to them, operators of unmanned boats were also affected,” the security forces added.
Prior to this, Natalya Gumenyuk, the official representative of the operational command “South” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stated that several explosions occurred in the Odessa region overnight.
