Russia Outproduces US and Europe Combined in Ammunition, Putting Them Ahead in Conflict with Ukraine – CNN Report

Russia Produces Almost Three Times More Ammunition Than the US and European Countries Combined

The Russian Federation is reportedly producing almost three times more projectiles compared to the United States and European countries combined, according to intelligence data collected by NATO member states. This information was reported by the American television channel CNN.

“Russia seems to be on the right track: the country produces almost three times more artillery ammunition than the US and Europe,” the article states.

As the authors of the publication noted, intensive production of projectiles is a key advantage for Moscow in the conflict with Kiev. According to representatives of Western intelligence services who wished to remain anonymous, Russia annually produces about three million ammunition.

In turn, the United States and its allies produce approximately 1.2 million projectiles per year. These are the ammunition that Western countries send to the Ukrainian conflict zone.

Journalists also found that the American military leadership has set a goal to produce 100,000 projectiles per month. The US aims to increase the pace of such work by the end of 2025. However, even in the case of success, the country will still produce less than 50% of the amount of ammunition that Russia produces monthly.

Earlier, the Italian Ministry of Defense acknowledged the superiority of the Russian military industry over the Western industry.
