A car caught fire as a result of a strike by a Ukrainian Armed Forces unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the village of Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). This was reported by the mayor of Donetsk, Alexei Kulemzin, on his Telegram channel.
“The passenger car burned down,” the city mayor wrote.
According to his information, the drone was loaded with explosives, which caused the car to catch fire upon impact. The incident occurred in the urban-type settlement of Staromykhailivka on Kalinina Street.
In January, Kulemzin wrote that the Ukrainian army had struck Staromykhailivka in the DPR, resulting in one civilian being injured.
Prior to this, the representation of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported that one of the hospitals in Donetsk had been damaged in shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Earlier, a school in Donetsk was also affected by shelling.
