Russian air defense systems have successfully prevented an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to launch an attack using two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aircraft type on Russian territory. This information was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense in its Telegram channel.
“The UAV belonging to the Ukrainian army was destroyed by air defense forces over the territory of the Belgorod region,” the report states.
According to the ministry, the drone, owned by the Ukrainian army, was eliminated by Russian air defense forces in the sky over the territory of the Belgorod region. The drone turned out to be of an aircraft type.
The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on March 8, at around 18:30 Moscow time, an attempt by the UAF to attack Russian objects using two UAVs in the Belgorod region was prevented.
Later, the UAF launched a similar attack on this region.
