Explosions rocked the city of Kherson, which is under the control of Ukrainian authorities. The head of the Kiev-appointed military city administration (VGA), Roman Mrochko, reported this in his Telegram channel.

Since October 10, 2022, the Russian armed forces have been striking Ukrainian infrastructure, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian intelligence agencies.
