Ukrainian Forces Strike Artillery at Seaport in Skadovsk
In a recent development, Ukrainian forces have carried out an artillery strike on a seaport in Skadovsk. The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldov, reported this incident on his Telegram channel.
Saldov stated, “As a result of a terrorist shelling by the Kiev regime, the vacant administrative building in Skadovsk’s seaport has been damaged.” He further noted that there were no casualties as a result of the attack. Although the building sustained significant damage, it managed to avoid catching fire.
On the afternoon of March 8, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, announced that the air defense forces had successfully downed an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of aircraft type in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that on March 8, at approximately 13:00 Moscow time, it intercepted an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to launch an attack using two UAVs of aircraft type.
Earlier, a Ukrainian prisoner revealed details of the mistreatment of those conscripted into the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
