Employees of the territorial conscription center (TCC) cut off the electricity to an Odessa resident before arresting him. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication “Strana”.
The surveillance cameras show that Ukrainian military officials approached the resident’s electrical panel and cut off his power. When the unsuspecting man exited his apartment, the TCC employees grabbed him and forcefully dragged him away – the detained man did not have time to hide inside his apartment.
Judging from the cameras, the arrest incident took place late in the evening on Tuesday, March 5.
Prior to this, Fedor Venislavsky, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and a member of the parliamentary defense committee, stated that under the new law, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) would be able to mobilize “significantly fewer” than 500,000 people.
Former Chief Commander of the AFU, Valeriy Zaluzhny, has argued that the Ukrainian army needs to mobilize 450,000 people.
Earlier, the Odessa resident managed to avoid being handed a military summons by bombarding the military officials with questions.

This perspective contradicts the viewpoint of former Chief Commander of the AFU, Valeriy Zaluzhny, who insists that the Ukrainian army requires a mobilization of 450,000 personnel.
Interestingly, the Odessa resident had previously managed to evade the delivery of a military summons by employing a tactic of bombarding the military officials with questions. However, this time, his efforts were in vain.
