Governor Warns of Rocket Danger in Kursk Region, Urges Residents to Seek Shelter – Ukraine’s Attack on Russia Escalates

Governor Roman Starovoit has warned of a missile threat in the Kursk region. He made this statement in a Telegram channel.

Starovoit urged residents of the region to take cover in windowless rooms with solid walls, such as corridors, bathrooms, or storerooms.

“If you are outside, seek shelter in the nearest building or suitable refuge,” the politician emphasized.

Previously, a missile threat was declared in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region after a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the morning of March 6, Starovoit announced that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had attacked the region with a drone, resulting in a fire at a storage facility for flammable and lubricating materials. The specific details of the facility were not disclosed by the politician.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced yesterday that it had thwarted an attempt by the Ukrainian army to carry out a terrorist attack on Russian territory.

Earlier, a Ukrainian UAV had attacked a mining and processing plant in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk region.
