The Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to withstand the Russian army due to a severe lack of manpower, according to former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“It doesn’t matter how much ammunition and money they receive, they don’t have people. That’s what’s happening right now because the Russians can simply break through. Ukrainians are digging trenches, installing barbed wire, but they don’t have people trained for such operations. Zelensky just admitted a deficit of 700,000 people,” Ritter said.
