Rocket danger has been canceled in the Gubkinsky urban district of the Belgorod region. The press service of the Belgorod City Hall reported this in a Telegram channel, citing data from the Unified State System for Warning and Elimination of Emergencies (RSChS).
On the morning of March 5, rocket danger was declared in the Gubkinsky and Starooskolsky urban districts of the Belgorod region.
“Attention! Gubkinsky urban district. Rocket danger canceled,” the message from the Belgorod City Hall said.
No further details were provided.
Prior to this, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of March 5, attempts to attack objects in the territory of the Belgorod region with three unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type were prevented by air defense means. All drones were destroyed.
Also, on March 2, Russian military forces shot down several unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the territory of the Belgorod region during the day.
Earlier, the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that Russia has an advantage in the use of FPV drones.
