Head of the Singapore Ministry of Defense, Ng Eng Hen, has stated that the United States is using F-35 fighters to locate positions of Russian air defense systems in Ukraine. This information was reportedly shared with NATO countries, according to the ministry’s website.
“The United States recently used their F-35s to detect and identify ground missile objects of Russian units in Ukraine, and this information was passed on to NATO countries,” said the Minister of Defense.
Prior to this, The Wall Street Journal reported that the US Air Force plans to release 500 unmanned fighters over the next five years. The task of these fighters will be to accompany and protect fifth-generation F-35 fighters and the new US bomber, the B-21, in combat.
