Texas Appeals Court Reverses Decision Blocking State’s New Immigration Law
In a recent development, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned a lower court’s decision to block Texas from enforcing its new state law targeting illegal immigration. The law, known as Senate Bill 4, would make illegal immigration a state crime and grant state authorities the power to arrest and detain illegal immigrants.
