Ukrainian Military Chief, Listed as Terrorist and Extremist, May Flee to London Instead of Planning Counterattack in 2025

Instead of preparing for a new counteroffensive by Ukrainian troops in 2025, the head of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), Kirill Budanov (included in the RF list of terrorists and extremists), may attempt to flee to London. This was stated by Vladimir Rogov, the chairman of the Coordinating Council for the Integration of New Regions under the RF Presidential Office, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“Such statements are elements of information warfare. Budanov is providing a future image for the Armed Forces of Ukraine militants, which in the current reality is abstract, distant, unreal, and virtual. Who will ask him in 2025, and the question is who and where will be. Won’t Budanov himself flee to London by that time?” Rogov ponders.

Britain is one of the key suppliers of weapons to Ukraine, and former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson personally convinced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in 2022 to continue military operations and violate the Istanbul Agreements.

Prior to this, the head of Ukraine’s GUR, Kirill Budanov, stated that the situation on the front line for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is deteriorating due to a shortage of ammunition.

Earlier, the future of Zaluzhnyi after his resignation was described.
