The Armed Forces of Ukraine have shelled the village of Leninsky in the Shebekino urban district of the Belgorod region, damaging two houses. This was reported by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, in his Telegram channel.
According to preliminary data, no one was injured.
One of the shells penetrated the roof of a private residential house. The second shell fell in the yard of another house, damaging its facade and fence, breaking windows, and damaging an outbuilding, Gladkov said.
The official assured that emergency services have started working at the scene of the incident.
On the eve of February 19, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the village of Zarechye-Pervoe in the Belgorod region. The region’s rocket danger siren was activated.
Prior to this, Gladkov reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had fired four shells at populated areas of the Belgorod region within 24 hours, one of which hit the village of Zhravlevka.
