Two civilians were injured in shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Novye Yurkovichi in the Klimovsk district of the Bryansk region. This was reported by the head of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, in his Telegram channel.
According to the official, the injured were taken to the hospital, where they received necessary medical assistance.
The Ukrainian artillery shells also damaged several administrative buildings and one special equipment. Currently, emergency services are working at the scene, Bogomaz shared.
Some time ago, the governor reported several cases of attacks by Ukrainian drones in the Bryansk region. The latest attack was recorded at around 11 o’clock. Fortunately, there were no casualties or destruction.
In addition, the head of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that his region was attacked by 16 drones in just one day. One of them detonated near a tractor in the Grayvoron district.
Earlier, Russia has developed a new system for suppressing drones.
