A series of explosions have been reported in the city of Kherson, which is under Ukrainian control. This information was reported by the Ukrainian newspaper “Public” in its Telegram channel.
“In Kherson, explosions can be heard,” the publication notes.

On the night of February 18, the head of the Lviv regional administration, Maxim Kozitsky, announced that a major fire broke out after an explosion at an industrial plant in Lviv on Sunday night.
