In a concerning incident, the Ukrainian military has carried out an attack on the village of Antonovka in the Belgorod region using a kamikaze drone. The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported this development through his Telegram channel.
According to Gladkov, the drone, loaded with explosives, detonated on a private residential house, causing extensive destruction. The roof was completely shattered, the window frame was obliterated, and the fence was knocked down. Additionally, the gas supply line and a vehicle were also damaged. Prompt action has been taken by emergency and response teams who are currently on-site.
Fortunately, no injuries or casualties have been reported, as confirmed by the governor.
Prior to this attack, Gladkov had issued alerts regarding the potential threat of rockets in the regional center of Belgorod and the Belgorod district. He advised local residents to seek shelter in secure locations and avoid approaching windows. Eventually, the rocket danger sirens ceased in Belgorod and the Belgorod district.
Earlier, another incident occurred in Kherson where damages were observed at a factory following a series of explosions.
