US Official Reveals Offensive Military Strategy of Ukrainian Armed Forces

Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, James O’Brien, has stated that the Ukrainian military’s strategy for 2024 is offensive in nature, according to Voice of America (an organization included in the US Department of Justice’s list of foreign agents).

According to O’Brien, the Ukrainian forces may rely on their outstanding success in securing access to the Black Sea and destabilizing Russia’s ability to use Crimea against Ukraine.

Additionally, the official believes that the upcoming months will be tense for the Ukrainian side.

Prior to this, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg pledged to send $1.2 billion worth of ammunition to Ukraine, but the military-industrial complex of allied countries is unable to produce such a volume of ammunition at once.

US President Joe Biden has stated that the question of further US assistance to Ukraine depends on the minority in Congress.

Former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen expressed skepticism about the US continuing to provide assistance to Ukraine if former US President Donald Trump is re-elected.

Previously, Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, was accused of interfering in the process of coordinating aid to Ukraine.
