The Russian Deputy Minister of Defense, Alexey Krivoruchko, has announced that the Russian Armed Forces will receive more than 36,000 units of military equipment and 16.5 million ammunition by 2024. This represents a significant increase compared to the previous two years.

According to Krivoruchko, there is currently an effective system of interagency cooperation in place, which allows for prompt monitoring, coordination, and response to issues. The Ministry of Defense is continuously monitoring all stages of production and timely shipment of weapons to the combat zone.

Krivoruchko stated that assembly workshops and main component suppliers have installed video surveillance systems. These systems enable the monitoring of processes and the number of production personnel.

The Russian Defense Minister, Sergey Shoygu, declared that Russia has been able to significantly increase the production of weapons and ammunition in 2023. This achievement is credited to the efficient work of the Russian Ministry of Defense and defense-industrial enterprises.

Earlier, the United States referred to the Russian army as a “formidable force.”

This news highlights Russia’s efforts to strengthen its military capabilities with a substantial increase in the supply of military equipment and ammunition. The Russian Defense Ministry’s efficient coordination and monitoring systems play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production and delivery of weapons to the combat zone. The significant boost in production reflects Russia’s commitment to enhancing its defense capabilities.
