In an interview with local television channel “Rada,” Yuri Ignat, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force, revealed that even if Western countries were willing to supply F-16s to the conflict zone, Ukraine lacks the necessary infrastructure and trained personnel to operate these advanced aircraft.
