In a recent series of attacks, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have targeted and caused damage to several towns in the Belgorod region, near the Russian border. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov shared the information on his Telegram channel.
According to the governor, the attacks have resulted in the damage to power transmission lines, leading to power outages in the following towns: Krasnoye, Pankov, Mukhin, Pervomaiskiy, Leninskiy, and partially in Voznesenovka. The governor stated that the necessary authorities will coordinate with the Ministry of Defense to address the aftermath and resolve the situation.
On the same day, a village on the outskirts of Dronovka in the Grayvoron region also came under attack. Governor Gladkov emphasized that there were no casualties as a result of the incident. However, two private residences suffered damage, including roofs, facades, and fences.
Governor Gladkov had previously reported a drone attack by the UAF on the village of Novostroyevka-Vtoraya, located in the Grayvoron region. The attack had damaged the gas supply line.
It was previously announced that the affected businesses in Shebekino would receive financial compensation for the damages caused by the shelling.
