Two Houston-area teenagers have surrendered to authorities after allegedly being involved in the shooting death of a convenience store clerk during a theft of a bag of chips. The clerk, in an effort to evade the gunfire, ends up on the side median of the roadway.
Following the incident, one of the teens flees towards a nearby railroad, while the other heads towards the freeway, according to the police. The authorities have successfully apprehended the suspects, highlighting the commitment to justice in this case.
