In a recent development, the Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that the Armed Forces of Russia have successfully destroyed key defense points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the South-Donetsk direction. The 36th Army’s artillery units of the “Vostok” task force employed 100mm mortars to eliminate enemy personnel, armored vehicles, and firing positions located at these defense points.
Operating along the entire front line, the mortar units have been inflicting damage on the enemy’s defensive structures while providing support to the offensive operations of assault units.
