Russian forces operating in the Kupyansk direction have successfully improved their position and pushed back Ukrainian troops in the southwest direction near Synkivka. This information was shared by Sergey Zybinskiy, the head of the press center for the Russian group.
According to the officer, with the support of aviation and artillery, Russian fighters have strengthened their position along the front line in the Kupyansk direction. In the Synkivka area, the attack by the assault group of the 60th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was repelled with the help of artillery and army aviation. The opponent was forced to retreat in the southwest direction.
Earlier, it was reported that two reconnaissance drones, “Leleka-100” and “Furiya,” belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, were destroyed by the anti-aircraft missile system “Tor” of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the “Zapad” group.
It was previously reported that Russian paratroopers and special forces have started training in the use of NATO weapons.
