The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that from January 6 to January 12, the Armed Forces of Russia carried out 23 group strikes on military-industrial complexes in Ukraine. These strikes targeted facilities producing unmanned aerial vehicles, armored vehicles, missile launcher systems, and artillery systems.
It has also been reported that Ukrainian Armed Forces’ units were targeted during these attacks.
Prior to this, it was reported that units of the Russian troop group “West” repelled four counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kupiansk direction, forcing the enemy to retreat.
Furthermore, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the “West” troop group employed the most advanced electronic warfare complex on the Kupiansk direction, providing all-round protection against any unmanned aerial vehicles. The Ministry released footage of the mobile electronic warfare group, which detects and suppresses UAVs and sources of radio emission from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Earlier, the Russian Armed Forces struck aerodromes with Storm Shadow carriers.
