Ukraine Declares Air Alarm Amidst Attacks on Infrastructure

On January 11, an air alarm was declared throughout Ukraine, as reported by the country’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

According to “Strana.ua,” the air alarm was announced across Ukraine due to the launch of the MiG-31K aircraft, although no further details were provided.

In the morning of January 11, it was announced that several infrastructure objects were damaged in the Ukrainian-controlled areas of the Zaporizhia region.

The day before, an explosion was reported in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine, leading to an air alarm being declared in the region.

Since October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Russian Armed Forces have been targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, air alarms have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the attacks are aimed at objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication facilities throughout the republic.

Previously, Ukraine outlined the conditions for conducting negotiations with Russia.
