A devastating accident at a holiday gathering in North Texas has resulted in the tragic death of a 17-year-old girl, Madison Lewis. According to her mother, Lewis passed away early Sunday morning surrounded by her family, after sustaining severe burns during the incident.

The incident occurred when another teen threw a pan filled with gasoline onto a fire, causing an explosion that engulfed Lewis in flames.
