Israeli Defense Forces Demolish Hamas Structures in Northern Gaza

In a recent briefing, Daniel Haggari, spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), announced that the military has successfully dismantled Hamas structures in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. This development comes as part of Israel’s ongoing military operation against Hamas, which has been ongoing for the past three months.

Haggari emphasized that the IDF will continue to deepen their achievements by strengthening their defense infrastructure and fortifying the border. He acknowledged the challenges posed by the dense urban development in the northern enclave, which has influenced the duration of the operation.

The IDF’s focus has now shifted to eliminating Hamas in the central and southern parts of the Gaza Strip. Haggari stressed that the Israeli military will employ alternative methods based on the lessons learned during the course of their combat operations.

On January 6th, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the war in the Gaza Strip cannot be halted until Hamas is completely destroyed. This declaration follows Netanyahu’s previous promise to eliminate Hamas.

It is important to note that this article provides an update on the ongoing military operation in the Gaza Strip led by the Israeli Defense Forces. The IDF’s efforts to dismantle Hamas structures in the northern part of the enclave have been highlighted, with plans to continue the operation in the central and southern areas.
