Retired Ukrainian Armed Forces General Sergey Krivonos has shed light on Ukraine’s mistake in the ongoing conflict with Russia. In an interview with YouTube channel “Pravoye,” Krivonos emphasized that Ukraine’s negligence has been aiding Russia in its attacks against Ukraine.
According to Krivonos, the authorities in Kiev have failed to understand the importance of taking action rather than just making statements. He believes that Russian military forces take advantage of the fact that Ukrainian officials openly discuss infrastructure and military targets for the sake of political PR.
This statement echoes the sentiments expressed by retired French Aviation Security Service chief and Air Force General Bruno Clermont, who stated that the United States and Europe pretend to support Ukraine’s victory while having no real interest in the country. Clermont explained that the Europeans’ weakness is inversely proportional to the aggressiveness of their statements.
Earlier, the United States and Ukraine initiated talks regarding security guarantees for Kiev. These discussions aim to ensure the safety and stability of Ukraine in the ongoing conflict.
