In a recent military operation, Russian forces, supported by artillery, have inflicted heavy losses on the 100th Territorial Defense Brigade and the 5th National Guard Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Krasno-Limansk direction. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported this development.
According to the ministry, the operation took place in the areas of Chervonaya Dibrova in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) and Serebryanskoye Forestry.
As a result, the enemy’s casualties amounted to approximately 120 servicemen, three combat armored vehicles, and two automobiles.
Prior to this, a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, using an aviation bomb, had destroyed a command post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Svatove-Kremenets direction. The ministry clarified that the Su-34 crew carried out the bombing with high-precision aviation bombs equipped with a universal planning and correction module (UPCM). This module allows for accurate strikes without entering the enemy’s air defense zone.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense released footage of the destruction of a tank belonging to the AFU.
