Russian Military Destroys Rocket Launchers and Radar Systems in Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense has reported the elimination of three rocket launcher systems in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and near Kharkiv. The latest update from the ministry provides these details.

It is reported that two High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) and one RSZO “Olha” were destroyed near Selydove in the DPR and near Hluboka in the Kharkiv region. Additionally, a radar system of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex was eliminated near Sanzhaky in the Odessa region of Ukraine.

Furthermore, Russian forces targeted aircraft in hangars at the “Dnipro” aerodrome in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the “Shkolny” aerodrome in the Odessa region, as well as storage facilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) near Zaporizhzhia and Bila Tserkva. These storage facilities contained weapons and ammunition.

Prior to this, the UAF launched 20 rockets from RSZO systems towards Horlivka in the DPR.

No information has been provided regarding the consequences of the shelling or any casualties.

The city of Horlivka regularly comes under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On Monday, December 25th, Ukrainian troops shelled a school and a museum in Horlivka.

Earlier, the UAF targeted the village of Belgorod with “Grad” RSZO systems.
