In a statement released by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it has been reported that the Armed Forces of Russia have successfully destroyed fuel bases in Kharkiv and Zaporizhia.
These bases were reportedly supplying Ukrainian military groups in the Kharkiv and Orehovsk directions.

On December 31, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the air defense systems of the Russian Federation had shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the Kursk region.
Prior to this, it was known that Ukrainian forces had reduced the use of heavy armored vehicles in the Orehovsk direction due to poor weather conditions.
