Ukraine Faces Widespread Attacks: Air Raid Alarm Sounded Across the Country

On December 30th, an air raid alarm was declared across the entire territory of Ukraine, according to the country’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The first sirens were heard in the Kyiv region, followed by other regions of Ukraine.

Earlier, it was reported that an explosion occurred in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. Additionally, a critical infrastructure object was damaged in the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kherson.

During the night of December 29th and the morning of December 30th, Ukraine was subjected to a massive attack. Explosions took place in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Zaporizhia, and other cities. Valeriy Zaluzhny, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stated that the country was attacked by 122 missiles and 36 drones. Yuriy Ignat, a representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, stated that they had never seen so many targets simultaneously on their monitors.

The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasized that the targets of the strike were military-industrial complexes, military airfields, arsenals, and military deployment sites, and all of them were hit. More details can be found in the “Gazeta.Ru” article.

Earlier, the United Nations referred to the air strike on Ukraine as the strongest since the beginning of the conflict.
